Become a Community Champion

Imagine a world where all children reach their potential.

Become a Community Champion with AfriKids today and help an entire community living in poverty make sure all their children are healthy, safe and in school.

  What is a Community Champion?

As a Community Champion, you will team up with a community in one of the most marginalised areas of northern Ghana.

Right now, there are nearly 2 million children living in poverty across this region*. Over the next three years, you will partner with a community and help them to keep all their children healthy, safe and in school - giving them the best chance to break their cycle of poverty for good. For 14p per child per day.**

Community Champions can be individuals, families or organisations.

Together, you form a movement of changemakers who collectively support 60 underserved communities to provide a brighter future for their children.

*Multidimensional poverty which also incorporates non-monetary measures. **Community Champions commit to sponsoring a community for three years and donating £1,813 per month, or £21,756 per year.
