How we deal with your complaints
At AfriKids we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional supporter care. We set ourselves high standards and if we receive a complaint, we will acknowledge your complaint within three working days.
We hope to resolve your complaint within 10 working days.
If it is necessary for us to investigate your complaint further, then we will communicate the status of our investigation as it progresses update you throughout until the complaint is resolved.
If you're still unhappy
AfriKids is registered with the Fundraising Regulator. If, after following our internal complaints procedure, you still feel that we have not satisfactorily resolved your complaint, then please approach the Fundraising Regulator to raise the issue.
