The pandemic has had a devastating impact on the lives of the children we support. But just when they need us the most, we simply don’t have the funds to help everyone we want to.
You can help by choosing to do just one thing for AfriKids between now and Christmas. There are loads of things you can do to raise funds for AfriKids but here are some of our favourites:
Sell something
Everyone likes to have something homemade on their Christmas shopping list. Whether it’s a batch of cupcakes or some unique presents, put your skills to use and make something to sell.
Christmas for good
You can pledge your Christmas by creating a fundraiser and asking that friends and family give donations as a gift this year. You can also purchase one of our Giving Gifts to give to your loved ones.
Host a virtual event
It’s great to get together with friends and family, but these days that's difficult. So why not host a virtual gathering? From zoom bingo to a virtual games night, the possibilities are endless!
Challenge yourself
This is totally up to you! Set yourself a challenge that will impress your friends and get them to sponsor you. Give yourself a sense of achievement and the pride of raising funds for AfriKids.
