Asking for funding or support from AfriKids
We have processes in place to carefully select who we can support and do not provide funding outside of our own projects. We do not accept unsolicited applications for support.
We are not an emergency responder. If you think a child might be in danger, please contact your local police or child protection services. If you think someone is at risk because of AfriKids staff or operations, please click here to submit a Safeguarding Concern.

If you believe yourself or anyone else’s safety or wellbeing is at risk because of AfriKids’ staff or operations, please submit a Safeguarding Concern. We have measures in place to ensure this will be handled quickly and appropriately. You can choose to submit your concern anonymously. Thank you for speaking up.

Report a concern
If you have a concern of any type about AfriKids’ staff or operations, please let us know using this form. You can choose to do so anonymously. Thank you for helping us improve.
Make a complaint
If we have not met your expectations, please let us know by submitting a complaint and we will do everything we can to resolve it as soon as possible.

How we will deal with your complaint
We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to resolve it with you within 10 working days.
If it is necessary for us to investigate your complaint further, we will keep you informed on progress of the investigation until the complaint is resolved.
If you are still unhappy
AfriKids is registered with the Fundraising Regulator. If, after following our internal complaints procedure, you still feel that we have not satisfactorily resolved your complaint, you can approach the Fundraising Regulator to raise the issue.
