We are really pleased to announce that we are now a Member of Keeping Children Safe, a global network committed to protecting the world’s most vulnerable children from exploitation and abuse.

Keeping Children Safe represents a commitment by organisations worldwide to protect children by developing and promoting a set of robust and comprehensive International Child Safeguarding Standards that all organisations can and should follow.

Ensuring the protection of children and their rights is the reason AfriKids exists and is our upmost priority.

We take our duty of care to the children we serve with our work incredibly seriously and have measures in place to minimise the risk that any child’s safety, wellbeing or dignity might be compromised by the pursuit of our mission. Joining the Keeping Children Safe network is another step in this commitment, and we look forward to working with them to do even more.
