AfriKids Partner Projects

AfriKids’ mission is to ensure that every child in northern Ghana has their basic rights met and to do so by empowering local people. AfriKids started specifically to support 'local heroes' who were doing remarkable work supporting children but who had been overlooked by the existing aid system. Whilst AfriKids Ghana has developed into an expert development NGO in its own right, and designs many of its own core projects, work with 'local heroes' remains central to what we do.
